Place this skin in: \IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\PaintSchemes\Skins\SpitfireMkVIII

This upload consists of one fully marked skin representing the personal aircraft of Wing Commander Frank Reginald Carey when he was the AOC
(Air Officer Commanding) of the AFTU (Air Fighting Training Unit) at RAF Armarda Road, India at some point between February and November 1944.
This skin is based on two small and low quality photos so there is some guess work on my part in regards to some of the details. The large red flash
on each side of the fuselage and the red spinner were to aid in air-to-air recognition of Carey during training flights at the AFTU. I have not included
any servicing or parts stencils on the skin as it seems to me that they were not reapplied to SEAC Spitfires when they were repainted to the appropriate
camouflage scheme when they arrived in India. So far as I could tell from the photos the paint scheme on this aircraft was fairly weathered, however as
it was based away from the front line and wasn't flying combat I have applied little muzzle and casing smoke and less oil streaks on the underside of the
fuselage as I would otherwise.

Template and skin by myself, HBPencil. It is a reworked version of a Mk VIII template I made years ago so although the vast majority of the work is mine
there are some elements from the old Mk VIII void file, namely small bits of the mech/internals.

Many thanks to the team at Axis-&-Allies (www.axis-and-allies-paintworks.com) for their assistance and tips while I worked on this project.
